I’m Ashka, a junior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, studying information sciences with a focus on HCI/UX. When it comes to designing, my goal is to take ideas and turn them into innovative and socially responsible solutions that tackle real-world problems. I strive to constantly improve and build upon original concepts, pushing the limits of creativity to approach challenges.

Growing up in the Bay Area, with its vibrant tech culture, I found myself immersed in a setting where innovation and design intersected. It was in this environment that I became captivated by the idea of harmonizing my love for creativity with the boundless possibilities of technology.

While I have much to learn from the design world, I approach this journey with a sense of excitement and determination. I am eager to embrace new challenges, collaborate with others, and make a positive impact through purposeful design. With every step I take, I am reminded of the incredible potential that lies within design to shape the way we interact with the world around us.
